Internships

There is no better way to get your foot in the door, and get a glimpse of what happens on “the other side” of this business than an internship. You will get a feel  for the high pace of the casting world, get to know agents on the phone, learn to schedule and confirm casting schedules, greet actors, do a little crowd control every now and then and get a chance to see what goes on behind the doors during a Television, Film, Theatre or Commercial audition itself.

Claire Simon Casting offers 4 seasonal internships for three months at a time. They are unpaid, but can also be done for school credit as well. Our internships vary from, 2-3 days a week, to full time. Our hours are from 10am – 6pm, Monday through Friday with an occasional weekend day.

Our ideal candidates for the Internship Program are current college students, or recent college graduates. You must be very detail oriented, organized, have great people skills, computer skills and be a team player. A theatre background or TV/Film background is preferred. A sense of humor is a must!

We are highly selective, and only offer 2 internships per quarter.
